Eligibility Requirements
Pathways to Independence is funded in part by the Productive Living Board.
PLB-funded slots are open to individuals who:
- are at least 18 years old
- live in St. Louis County
- have a diagnosis of
- Learning Disorder
- Reading Disorder
- Math Disorder
- LD-NOS
- Written or expressive disorders
- Asperger's
- AD(H)D, or
- Traumatic Brain Injury with a current IQ of at least 80.
- Have a record of diagnosis on or before age 22

Pathways offers an affordable self-pay option for individuals who have a learning or associated disorder but do not meet criteria for PLB funding. For more information about this option, please contact the Pathways office.
